General Cleaning:

The pricing for all houses, villas or apartments is the same per hour.

The cost of cleaning your property is a rate of 8 euros per hour, per cleaner. The average 3-bedroom apartment takes 2 people 3-4 hours to properly clean and make ¨rental ready¨. This means cleaning to a very high standard and making sure that no detail has been overlooked. We will clean your property whether it is a rental property or a privately used vacation home. The rates are the same. We will also clean your property whether we manage it or not. So if you have a long time manager but are thinking of switching cleaning companies, contact us.

**Please note, the first clean that we provide will be what we call a pre-clean, to bring the property up to our standard. The amount of time for this clean could possibly run longer than a normal clean and is billed accordingly.

Linens:
Linens are taken to the local launderer here in Salobreña where they are washed, pressed and made ready to go back on the beds. The cost of this service will vary, but normally laundry for 6 is 22 euros per change. That means that on a two week rental with a mid stay laundry change the cost of laundering linens and towels for 6 persons is 44.00 euros. Ask us how we can cut your laundry bills.

Mini-Cleans:
Your clients may request a mini-clean during their stay. This service is available at a cost of 10 euros per hour paid directly to the cleaner onsite. Your client may stipulate what they require.

Meet & Greet:
Meeting and escorting your clients to the property is available 24/7. The cost of this service regardless of the time of day or night is 15.00 euros. Your guests will be given the ¨need to know¨ info about the house at this time. When we do the Meet & Greet, your clients are then free to call us any at time for assistance. If we are not providing this service, it will be you they call, and if you require us to assist them, assistance will be at a rate of 25 euros per call out.

Welcome Packs:
Welcome packs are available to your client and will be in-house awaiting them upon arrival at your request. There is no charge to you the owner of the property for this service other than the goods purchased when we do it as a regular service. However, should your clients request goods to be awaiting them, a 10 euro surcharge is levied on top of the cost of the goods delivered. This is an added service that you can offer on the booking form. This is an especially nice touch for those clients arriving late or on a Saturday night as the shops are closed on Sunday.

Security Checks:
Many of our clients own not rental properties but private vacation homes that require far less servicing. If you have a property in the Salobreña area, and all that you require is a security check once or twice per month to ensure all is well, we can accommodate this as well. The charge for this service is 10 euros per visit.

Key Holding:
Key holding is included at no charge to any of our clients whether yours is a rental property or private vacation home.

Plants:
The watering of plants is available in Salobreña or Motril at a cost of 10 euros per visit. For villas or homes with gardens it is recommended that you hire a professional gardener. The person designated to your home will visit on a regular schedule and administer pest control substances when needed.

Rentals:
Any rental that we manage or clean, will get a free direct link on our site to yours.
